Glacier National Park

Wildlife Viewing:

With Glacier National Park located 50 miles east of Whitefish, the Bob Marshall Wilderness southeast, the Flathead National Forest to the north and southeast, the Flathead valley and adjacent mountains offer plenty of opportunities to view wildlife of all sorts, from the majestic grizzly bear to bald eagles and osprey, you can find wildlife in abundance. Or, see the Glacier Nordic Center Web site.
